Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By scheduling or accepting services from Cardinal Outdoor Services, LLC (“Cardinal”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Cardinal provides lawn care and outdoor services including mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups, power raking, aeration, brush clearing, and other services agreed upon with the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

Customers agree to pay the price stated in their estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Additional work or services requested by the customer may result in additional charges. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs where permitted by law.

3. Weather & Scheduling

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside Cardinal's control. Cardinal will make reasonable efforts to complete postponed services as soon as practical.

4. Cancellations

Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling services. Services already performed remain payable. Cancellation or service fees may apply when Cardinal has already dispatched employees or equipment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and securing pets. Customers should remove toys, hoses, decorations, pet waste, and other objects from areas being serviced. Customers must notify Cardinal of known hazards, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or other concealed property features.

6. Property Damage

Cardinal will perform services with reasonable care. Cardinal is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed or undisclosed conditions, items left in work areas, or damage caused by circumstances outside Cardinal's reasonable control.

7. Lawn & Landscaping Results

Outdoor conditions vary due to weather, soil, drainage, grass type, pests, and other factors. Cardinal does not guarantee a specific lawn appearance or growth result unless expressly agreed to in writing.

8. Service Termination

Cardinal may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, abusive behavior, or other circumstances that make continued service impractical or unsafe.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cardinal's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
